The rather exotic Striped Ebony top of the Michael Kelly Custom Collection 50 comes dressed up with sleek black hardware, while its T-style korina body is considerately lightweight and shapes surprisingly elastic tone to match the boutique-grade styling. This is partly due to the aptly named 'Quad Mod' - which expands on the standard three pickup configuration settings with an extra-special fourth option that places the pickups in series for a thick, gut punching sound that evokes the fat growl of a humbucker.

Superbe guitare. Les bois sont de toute beauté, les ajustages et réglages sont parfaits (manche, action et intonation). Je trouve le son génial tant sur le micro manche que le micro chevalet, et la position quad mod est vraiment un plus sonore. Grand confort de jeu avec un manche fin en C et petit plus, l'arrière et le dessus de la table sont bisottés. Très belle guitare, n'hésitez pas. En plus avec un prix qui décoiffe en Stock B. Bravo BAX MUSIC.
Lang getwijfeld tussen de verschillende prachtige Michael Kelly telecasters,uiteindelijk voor een B-stock gegaan. Héél degelijk verpakt bij aankomst, gitaar zelf nauwelijks van nieuw te onderscheiden (plastic folie nog op Pickguard). Bloedmooie afwerking, alles straalt kwaliteit en degelijkheid uit. Dadelijk ingeplugd, recensies liegen niet: smooth action, speelt erg makkelijk. Nice clean sound, maar de Rockfield pickups komen écht tot leven als je er wat drive op loslaat, waauw! Bette, volle humbucker sound, zelfs als je de quad mod (pickups in serie geschakeld)niet gebruikt. Heerlijke lange sustain ook dankzij de gebruikte houtsoorten. Duidelijk dat ik vanaf nu een topgitaar qua prijs-kwaliteit in handen heb,en dat voor een heel vriendelijke prijs!
Erg fijne gitaar. De pickups klinken top, net zoals je verwacht van een telecaster. Door de 4de pick up stand, aan de hand van de quad-mod krijg je een nog voller en dieper geluid die je haast niet zou verwachten uit een tele. De afwerking van de gitaar was mooi en hij zit er strak uit. Al met al, een top instrument!

Bought a MK 50 custom as a B stock and well,just blown away. The build quality and spec for the money is just outstanding. I also have a Mexican Fender Player Telecaster and this doesn't come close. Highly recommended
